HAULVISION — REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy summarizes how refunds are handled for HaulVision services. It is provided for clarity and convenience only and should be read together with the HaulVision Terms of Service, which govern in all cases.
HaulVision is operated by A&A Corporation LTD (“A&A”).

1. GENERAL POLICY
HaulVision operates on a subscription and Vision Credit–based model. Due to the nature of the Services—including time allocation, scheduling, resource planning, and early-stage service delivery—refunds are limited.
Unless expressly required by applicable law, all fees are non-refundable once Services have begun.

2. SUBSCRIPTIONS & VISION CREDITS
Vision Credits have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash;
Vision Credits expire according to the terms of the Client’s active subscription;
Expired or unused Vision Credits are not refunded or reinstated;
Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing period has started.

3. MEETINGS, NO-SHOWS & RESCHEDULING
Meetings and live sessions are paid using Vision Credits;
Missed meetings, late cancellations, or no-shows result in forfeiture of the applicable Vision Credits;
Vision Credits forfeited due to no-shows or late cancellations are not refundable.

4. TERMINATION FOR MISCONDUCT
If Services are suspended or terminated due to misconduct, abuse, harassment, misrepresentation, or violation of the Terms of Service:
No refunds will be issued, including for unused Vision Credits or remaining subscription time;
HaulVision and A&A reserve the right to immediately revoke access to Services and related materials.

5. SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS
If HaulVision is unable to continue providing Services due to internal operational reasons, HaulVision may, at its sole discretion:
Offer a prorated refund for unused Vision Credits; or
Offer an alternative solution, credit, or service adjustment.
No refunds are guaranteed in such cases unless required by law.

6. LEGAL RIGHTS
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer protection rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Where a refund is legally required, it will be issued in accordance with applicable legal requirements and payment processor timelines.
