1. Subscriptions

HaulVision plans are offered as subscriptions billed on a fixed term (for example, every two months, six months, or annually, depending on the plan).

Subscriptions are not billed monthly.
However, each plan includes an internal monthly usage cap that limits how many Vision Credits may be used within a given calendar month.

Each business entity may hold one (1) active subscription at any given time.

2. Vision Credits

Vision Credits are HaulVision’s internal unit for allocating visualization and design work.

Credits are consumed based on the scope of work, which may include:

• Trailer size and layout

• Design complexity

• Equipment selections

• Revisions or scope changes

Each subscription includes:

• A total Vision Credit allocation for the subscription term

• A maximum number of Vision Credits that may be used per month

3. Monthly Vision Credit Usage Caps

The monthly Vision Credit cap is the primary and controlling usage limit for all plans.

This cap determines:

• How much work may be accepted in a given month

• How much work may be processed

• How much work may be delivered

Unused monthly Vision Credit capacity:

• Does not roll over

• Does not accumulate

• Does not transfer to future months

4. Monthly Usage Example

For example, if a plan allows up to 45 Vision Credits per month and a client submits work requiring all 45 credits near the end of the month, HaulVision cannot guarantee that all such work can be accepted or completed within that month.

If capacity is unavailable:

• Some or all work may be deferred

• Unused Vision Credits for that month are forfeited

• Credits are not transferred or carried forward

Clients are encouraged to distribute requests throughout the month rather than concentrating usage at the end of a billing period.

​5. Trailer Counts

Any references to:

• “Up to X trailers per month”

• Trailer build limits per plan

Are provided for reference only.

The monthly Vision Credit cap is the controlling constraint.
Trailer counts do not override Vision Credit limits and do not guarantee acceptance or completion of a specific number of trailers.

6. Additional Vision Credits

Clients may request additional Vision Credits beyond their plan allocation.

Important considerations:

• Additional Vision Credits are not guaranteed

• Availability depends on operational capacity

• Pricing and approval are at HaulVision’s discretion

• Submitting a request does not create an obligation to fulfill it

7. Changing Plans During an Active Subscription

Clients may request to change plans during an active subscription term.

If approved:

• Changes are handled using internal proration calculations

• Proration methodology is determined by HaulVision

• An administration fee may apply

• Plan changes are not retroactive

HaulVision reserves the right to approve or decline plan changes based on operational considerations.

8. Tracking & Visibility

Vision Credit usage and subscription status are tracked using internal operational systems.

Clients will be provided with reasonable visibility into:

• Vision Credit balances

• Usage history or summaries

HaulVision does not guarantee real-time reporting or a specific tracking format.

9. Deliverables

HaulVision provides:

• Final rendered visuals and images

• Layout schematics for reference

HaulVision does not provide:

• Construction drawings

• Engineering documents

• Fabrication-ready files

• Editable 3D models or raw design assets

All outputs are intended as visual references only.

10. General Notes

• Vision Credits have no cash value

• Credits are non-transferable

• Credits expire at the end of the subscription term

• Services are subject to capacity and availability

• Pricing excludes applicable taxes

• Plans, pricing, features, and availability may change

All services are governed by the HaulVision Terms of Service.
